Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags attached.
Personalized or custom jerseys are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty or incorrect.

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed.
Returns can be made by courier or in person at our store address.
Our team will guide you through the process and arrange collection if required.
If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, Goal Kits SA will cover the return shipping.
For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), a R100 return courier fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange value.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, you can opt for store credit or a refund.
