Goal Kits SA Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, Goal Kits SA offers simple returns and exchanges to make your shopping experience hassle-free.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with tags attached.

• Personalized or custom jerseys are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty or incorrect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

• Email us at info.goalkits@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp/phone at +27 71 692 9817.

• Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed.

• Returns can be made by courier or in person at our store address.
  Our team will guide you through the process and arrange collection if required.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, Goal Kits SA will cover the return shipping.

• For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), a R100 return courier fee will be deducted from your refund or exchange value.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• If the requested item is out of stock, you can opt for store credit or a refund.
