1. Delivery Areas

We deliver throughout South Africa. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via Aramex and typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Fees

• Free Standard Delivery on orders over R800

• Flat Rate Standard Delivery: R100 for orders under R800
  Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your Aramex tracking number, so you can monitor your parcel in real-time.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery information is correct before completing your order. Goal Kits SA is not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
